If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.

Include your order number and the exact change you would like to make. Eligible changes may include the shipping address, product option, size, design, or personalization details.

After the two-hour window, your order is locked for production and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Please note that approved design or personalization changes may extend the processing and estimated delivery time.

There is no cancellation fee for requests approved within the two-hour window. Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
